Conditions of Order:
*Buyer agrees to accept possession of merchandise in good order in accordance to the provisions hereon.
*Special orders are not subject to cancellation
*Any returns may be subject to handling, delivery, recondition or other charges
*Any return charges are the responsibility of the customer / purchaser.
*Order may be cancelled by sller upon refund of any deposits
*Sales tax may be adjusted according to regulations prevailing at the time of delivery
*Buyer acknowledges receiving a true copy of the order
*Seller makes no warranties beyond the written description of the goods on the face here of unless otherwise
stated by Seller in writing. This disclaimer does not affect manufacture's warranties, If any.
*If purchaser does not, within 30 days, take possession of the goods sold hereunder for any reason,
except for delay caused by seller, then seller may cancel this order,
charge for storage, or adjust prices to conform with then current prices.
This policy does not apply to goods sold on lay-away or similar plans.
*Other terms of Sale may be contained in other agreements between Buyer and Seller.
